The tests found no evidence of genotoxicity (potential for cancer) or chemical toxicity of the filler material in the implants but still they were filled with an industrial-grade material deemed unfit for medical use that has a greater chance of rupturing.  This is very frightening news and anyone that has these breast implants will most likely want them removed as the enjoyment of having them has now been replaced with the not knowing and concern for their health and well being.  The risk of surgery for cosmetic enhancement has always been there and it is alarming how many women are willing to take these risks at great expense to enhance their assets. 

TOWIE star Lauren Pope has been affected by the scare as she has recently been told that her implants are PIP.  I am sure many more celebrities have been affected too but have chosen to keep this away from the press.

There is a big rush now for surgeons to get these implants removed and either replaced with the correct medical standard silicone implant.  Or, why not take a much safer and cheaper option by choosing Chicken Fillets or Breast Enhancers.  This week the experts have a challenge on their hands transforming two students for their ultimate Prom.  Attention seeking Sarah is itching to be crowned Prom Queen as her appearance is very important to her.  Rival Princess Jess, obsessed with the colour pink battles it out to be Prom Queen with her very girly pink dress and accessories.  But for those who do not have Sarah’s popularity or Jess’s girly confidence, help is on its way!

First in line for the makeover is 16 year old shy Hannah, suffering from low self-esteem she dreams of finding the perfect dress to fit her body and the confidence to embrace her looks. Her main anxieties are centred round finding the correct dress as she really wants to make a big impression on the night.  Second student to get the makeover is 16 year old Kim. Permanently wearing boyish black clothes and never dressing girly, her parents would really love to see their little girl dress more feminine.

The team get started on Hannah’s makeover, not only has she said goodbye to her glasses and started wearing contact lenses but has also dyed her hair from red to brown! Steven starts by applying a moose to give volume to the roots of the hair and big rollers to set the curls! To achieve this same look just add some of Undercover Glamour’s Clip in Hair Extensions. Gary then shapes Hannah’s brows to help frame her face and adds some False Eyelashes to enhance her features even more and bring out her beautiful piercing green eyes!

Hoping she will also receive a magical transformation is Kim.  Steven wants to take Kim’s fringe away from covering her face firstly and introduces a few Clip In Hair Extensions to give body and more length to Kim’s hair. He then sets her hair with the same big rollers.

Gary wants to use a multiple eyelash enhancement by adding 3 sets of False Eyelashes to really bring out Kim’s eyes….LASH-TASTIC!!

Brix puts Kim in a strapless, theatrical red corset and cream lace petticoat with funky accessories and feathery lashes. A strapless bra could be worn underneath to add support and lift to this kind of styled outfit.

The team has encouraged Kim to wear her individual stlye with pride!

Olivia is known as the sporty tom boy at Porthcawl who looks about 14!    She is transformed by the Prom Squad on the show into a glamorous, sexy 18 year old girl. 

Beth also was transformed by the Prom Squad, Beth had never worn a dress and her low confidence meant that she had never taken much effort with her looks to make her stand out.   Beth’s family were stunned and speachless with Beth’s amasing transformation.  Beth’s makeup is done by Gary Cockerill and he uses black false eyelashes to bring attention to her eyes and Steven Glendinning transforms her hair by using rollers to give volume and a bouncy wavey look, and clip-in hair extensions to add thickness to her hair. 

With the help from the Prom Squad, Beth and Olivia end up strutting their stuff on the dance floor with their new looks and newly found confidence.

Second girl in real need of attention is 15 year old Jemma. This real life Cinderella really deserves a boost for Prom night. After being picked on because of her weight, Jemma struggles with finding the confidence to be herself and let go.

Hair Stylist Steven Glendinning is going to go for a very simple French pleat on Jemma. Once he has created this, he adds some Clip in Hair Extensions to the top of her head which helps to elongate. With the classic glam prom look underway its over to Make up Stylist Gary Cockerill who creates a very soft brown smokey eye adding some False Eyelashes to define Jemma’s eyes even more.

Kate would like to have a elegant, sophisticated look with her hair up so Steven creates soft curls and twists pinning up the hair but cutting in a quirky fringe to give it a more edgy look.

Paula has been preparing for prom for years and it’s all she can talk about having pre ordered her Prom Dress six months ago!!  Paula is one of the most popular girls in her year and is known for her Barbie doll good looks!  Promzilla rival and friend Misha, spent a fortune on her Prom Dress and accessories adding up to over £700!   With her favourite style icon being Katie Price, she wants to dress to impress and match her unique image.

The first girl in need of help from the fairy godparents is 16 year old Sophie.  This real life Cinderella does everything around the house as both parents cannot work due to illnesses. Sophie’s wish is to shine at Prom and finally be noticed!

The 2^nd Cinderella that the experts want to help is 15 year old Rock chick Jen. Jen is completely out of her comfort zone when it comes to glamming up for Prom. She wears the same indi-girl uniform with black nails and black eyeliner hiding away. She has only ever worn trainers but would now like to show everyone that she can be feminine. After having lessons from Miss Cheshire on how to walk confidently in heals, Jen’s finding it very emotional as she finally feels like a girl!  And with the sponsorship from Undercover Glamour providing everything from breast enhancers to clip in hair extensions it will be a win/ win for all.

These two Cinderallas will go on an amazing journey as they battle with their lack of confidence and finally learn how to walk tall!

Also having a transformation is Helen. After being under a lot of stress with her exams, Helen is not even thinking of her Prom, let along her prom dress, hair and make-up.

Gary would like to go all out with Leanne’s make up creating a stunning effect using black false eyelashes and peacock green eye shadow to really enhance and make her beautiful blue eyes stand out!!   Steven would like to give Leanne a much fuller effect with her hair up so introduces some very gorgeous blonde clip in hair extensions by attaching them under the hair to give body and height after back combing.  Finally, last but not least the fabulous Brix Smith-smart gives Leanne a stunning misty blue princess prom dress to wear. Fashion Stylist to the stars, Miss Brix Smith-Start helps Neelam and Halfi with the all important Prom dresses and accessories whilst Hair Stylist Steven Glendinning and Make-up Artist Gary Cockerill give the girls a full hair and make-up transformation.

Steven decides to give Halfi big Beyonce curls, which can be created by using Hair Tongs or Rollers and clip in hair extensions. This gives volume, body and height transforming the face and giving even more confidence. Gary decides that Halfi can carry quite a bold, fierce look by choosing colours and glitter to complement her eyes. He also uses False Eyelashes that accentuates the eyes and give even more definition. Brix has opted for a dress that best shows off Halfi’s gorgeous figure so she chooses a short deep purple dress that is ruffled at the back.

 Halfi rarely wears any make up and wasn’t even going to attend Prom because of her shyness but now Halfi has the glam look showing off her fab figure she has gained the confidence to really grab the attention that she deserves!
