How to avoid breast enhancers, adhesive bras and nipple covers flying out.
Things to be aware of...
One of our friends wore their adhesive bra in Monaco in the summer whilst clubbing; after many hours of dancing (and with much perspiration) to her shock her adhesive bra had slid up onto her collar bone in full view of everyone. I would not recommend wearing an adhesive bra, nipple covers or breast enhancers if you are in a very hot place and you are subject to much sweating. Sweat reduces the effectiveness of the backing on an adhesive bra and nipple covers and it will make the breast enhancers slippery. This is rarely an issue in the UK and you are more likely to be grateful for some extra insulation from say an adhesive bra.
If you are going abroad to a hot country and plan to go out for nights clubbing in 35 degrees, instead of wearing an adhesive bra I would recommend to wear Mini Voila! (bra inserts) and place inside the bra pockets so they are secure. Mini Voila! will not be able to slide out if you start sweating as it is the bra fabric that is against your skin and not the silicone.
