Welcome to our Terms and Conditions.  Please read these carefully before placing an order as once an order is placed you will be bound to the Terms below.  Please note that we reserve the right to change and update the Terms and Conditions so it is important that you review this Agreement every time you use this website.

 

www.undercover-glamour.com (the “website”) is owned by Undercover Glamour Ltd; registered in England and Wales under company number 6855353.  The registered office is Undercover Glamour Ltd, 43 Gatcombe Court, Dexter Close, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 5WA; it is a UK based company and therefore governed by English Law. Delivery Terms

Undercover Glamour provides a global delivery service via Royal Mail for selected products set out by the website.  The company offers a FREE UK delivery via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Delivery Service.  Undercover Glamour cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery that are outside its control such as but not limited to postal strikes and loss in transit.  Undercover Glamour will assist you in tracking your item if delivery is delayed, please call 0845 2571135 for assistance.

 

Goods will be sent to you in unbranded plain packaging to facilitate delivery to your work address.  Parcels that are not delivered due to recipients being unavailable will be sent to the Royal Mail’s local sorting office and will be held there for 1 week.  After 1 week the parcel will be sent back to us.  Please note, that if we have to re-send the parcel then it will be a new delivery and there will be a further postage and packing charge.

 

Delivery Options and Charges

Please note that these are the guidelines from Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) and we cannot be held liable if delivery aims are not met. 

Second Class Delivery to the UK - FREE
(Excluding the Channel Islands; delivery aim 3 day to 5 working days).

First Class Delivery to the UK – £2.50
(Excluding the Channel Islands; delivery aim 1 to 2 working days).

Special Next Day Delivery to the UK - £5.50

(Royal Mail guarantees delivery by 1pm the next day of postage; signature is required on delivery.  You will need to place your order by 3pm to ensure that it reaches you the next morning.  Please note that most orders will make the post up until 4pm but please call 07725 126392 to confirm if your order is placed after 3pm).  Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery for Specials sent on Friday.  

International Airmail Delivery - £2.99
(Delivery aim 5 working days).

 

 

Record of Dispatch & Delivery

If the package is sent by Royal Mail’s First Class Mail, Second Class Mail or International Airmail Delivery and if you have not received the package within Royal Mail’s delivery times please contact us and we will check our record of dispatch. We will confirm the dispatch date and advise you on the next best course of action.   If you have selected Special Next Day Delivery within the UK you should have received the package by 1pm the following day from when your despatch note is sent.  If not, we can provide the Tracking Number and search for your item.  Please contact us on 0845 2571135/ 07725 126392 with any delivery problems.

 

 

Product Availability and Information

The website will state if a particular item is out of stock.  If this has been overlooked and we are unable to meet your order we will notify you on receipt of order or on processing the order and you will be given the option to be reimbursed or to select another product.  The company will contact you directly so please ensure that the contact details you have provided are correct.  Undercover Glamour takes care to provide the most accurate description of the products for sale in order to ensure customer satisfaction.  Please be aware that the computer screen that the product pictures are viewed on may slightly alter the true colour of the goods; Undercover Glamour cannot be held responsible for this or for any inaccuracies of product details that are listed on the website.  We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions including the sizes and measurements listed on the website are as accurate as possible.  Prices are subject to change, all listed prices include VAT.

 

 

Use of Products

Our products are in contact with the skin so please use with care. These products are not recommended for women with sensitive skin.  Please do not use on skin that has open cuts, skin disorders, sun damaged or sunburned skin or other conditions of this nature. Do not use these products if you have skin pigmentation problems. We suggest that you do not use these products for more than six hours at a time. All skin types are different; if signs of irritation or rash appear discontinue use and wash your skin with mild soap and lukewarm water. If irritation continues, please contact your doctor.

 

 

Payment Options

Payments can be made online through PayPal or Nochex and over the phone or by post.

 

Online Payment Option with Paypal: 
PayPal allows you to purchase products online securely, conveniently and cost-effectively.  You can send payments for free using this service.  PayPal accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and American Express.  Once a payment is made for your purchase it will show on your statement as Undercover Glamour.

 

The PayPal Order Process:
1.  If you have a PayPal account, simply enter your email address and password to make a payment.
2.  If you do not have a PayPal account you will need to complete the PayPal form with email address, address for delivery and credit card number.
3.  Click 'Continue', and you are shown the final price of the item, including the shipping cost. 
4.  Then click 'Send Money' and the money is sent to Undercover Glamour’s PayPal account.
5.  PayPal will then send an email receipt to you notifying you of your purchase and also to Undercover Glamour informing us to dispatch your order.  Your Paypal receipt will be your order confirmation.

 

Online Payment Option with Nochex:
Nochex is an alternative payment service and you do not need to have a user account to use the service.  Nochex accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCards, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo.  Once you have made the purchase Nochex will send an email receipt to you notifying you of your purchase and also to Undercover Glamour informing us to dispatch your order.  Your Nochex receipt will be your order confirmation.

Returns Policy

Undercover Glamour does not accept returns once the packaging has been opened due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons.  If you are not satisfied with the product prior to opening the packaging then we will be happy to exchange the product up to 14 days from the despatch date.  Please return via Recorded Delivery or get and keep a Record of Despatch from Royal Mail and send to:

If the product is not received by us on return then we will need evidence that it has been sent.  Without either a Recorded Delivery Receipt or a Record of Despatch Receipt we are not obligated to replace your order.  For faulty goods that are damaged or unusable we will exchange the item for you if notified within 14 days from the date of despatch.  Please send the item back in its packaging and state what is wrong with the product.  If you do not notify Undercover Glamour of the defects within 14 days we have the right not to accept the complaint and exchange the product or offer credit.   For further information on your cancellation rights please see the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

We do not warrant that this website will meet your requirements, or that your use of this website will be error-free.  You agree through accepting these Terms that Undercover Glamour and any associated company shall have no liability to you by any conditions, implied warranty, or any duty, or because of any alleged and/or actual negligence (whether on the part of the company or any of its agents, directors, employees or other associates) for any actual consequential loss or damage such as, but not limited to costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website and the supply and use of the products.  You agree that Undercover Glamour shall be under no liability for any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage or failure to follow the instructions (whether oral or in writing).
