Our company director, Catherine tests out our nipple covers in a 10 mile running race

Catherine, our company director wanted to test out our Undercover Glamour nipple covers for runners in the most extreme conditions so she can continue to be confident on their reliability and stick worthiness. Catherine took part in the Turbo X Saab Salomon 10 mile Trial Run along with 1000 participants in Bordon, Hampshire this Sunday, equipped with her silicone nipple covers! The race is described as “PURE FILTH, The maddest, muddiest run of the Saab Salomon Trail Running Series.” You endure 10 miles of the gnarliest mix of mud, sweat and trail, experiencing a natural assault course of water, sand, marsh and muck. So there is no doubt the nipple covers were put to the most extreme test.
Catherine says: “I wanted to test that the nipple covers would stay secure throughout the 10 mile race while continually getting wet and I most definitely got wet.” Catherine coped with wading through freezing cold muddy water up to her chest as well as enduring the pouring rain and gales. Towards the end you then enter the ‘Saab X Zone’ which is a 2 mile section of the “craziest trail terrain to push your stamina, agility and perseverance to the limit! “ So, just when I think it can’t get any more challenging it does. Catherine says; “When you make the finish line it is a huge relief and it all seems worth it.”
