Lady Gaga has been spotted in Cork, Ireland donning a Madonna style look – with a see-through black vest top, wearing braces and flashing some black tape for nipple covers.

 Even though it’s the credit crunch, we think that wearing black sticky-tape as nipple covers is one cost-saving exercise too far!
